Navigation Trail
You will also notice a navigation trail across the center of the search result page.  This navigation trail shows you the entire search and refine options which you have applied for your search.  Each option in the trail may be deleted or “kept”.  Keeping an option in a navigation trail will keep that option(s) in place for the remainder of your session or until you delete that option.  This is great for repetitive searching.  Say, for example, you are doing several searches for “in print” “audio” books.   You would simply go to the navigation trail and select “keep” for the “in print” and “audio” options, and those options will remain in place for the remainder of your session or until you delete them.
